Default Anyone use the Honda eStore for parts?

I recently discovered the honda "eStore". It was created by Honda corporate for buying from an individual Honda dealer. You locate the part you need, then select a dealer. The web site sucks, but the prices at Northwest Honda (Balt. MD) are 25% off the regular price. That's on ALL parts. Strange thing is, each dealer can have different prices. So you may want to try Northwest Honda if your local one doesn't have the discount. Of course the shipping charges may wipe out the discount.

Also, I think you must use IE on a PC. No firefox, no Mac. And no way to contact the site's webmaster to report the many bugs in the website.

Honda ESTORE https://estore.honda.com is a big fat joke! Ordered an accessory weeks ago, provided them with my card details, there was a choice to ship to the local dealer ($0.00) or to ship to me ($12.95). Chose to ship to the local dealer. 2 weeks later the local dealer got no idea what happened to my order, they don't call me back, no news. I called Honda main support, they told me there is no such order although I have an invoice with my card details all printed out. Also Honda says there is NO option to ship to the customer... oh really? Well, I chose to ship to the dealer, although the $12.95 option to ship to the customer as "Ground Delivery" is clearly on their "estore". Now Honda says their estore got problems. So what happened to my secure card information if they haven't got it? Beware! Honda ESTORE is NOT secure! Your card provided on ESTORE is lost! They got no idea where your order is! And they are sure they are always right. No more Honda for me and no Toyota either (another weird story you don't wanna hear how I was let go with 0% fluids and an unattached engine at STEVENSON TOYOTA in Jacksonville, NC). Save your time and frustration and don't order from estore nor from any dealerships, just trade your Honda in and get something better.
