It is a DG Industries harness bar with chassis strengthening kit combo. I'll sell the entire kit if anyone is interested!

I really like it. It puts the shift *** at the same level as my steering wheel so that I don't have to waste time reaching down. Reach down means only one hand on the steering = BAD.
