Japan Engine Sites

Anyone know of the best/cheapest used Japanese engine sites. Looking to pick up a used H23A1. Ontario would be great but shipping is always an option.

I know theres at least 1 big jdm engine inmporter in Canada, not sure that they are the quality company that hmotors is, but maybe worth a shot? naganojapanese i think?
