was thinking of ordering some tires
I was looking to order some tires online. I was wondering how much would having them put on my wheels cost with balancing and what not. And right now I have crap tires I have 15 inch motegi mr7s what's the best size for these? I'm a total tire nub
No way to answer you what size is best. One reason is you didnt provide a width.
To put on tires on wheels and balance, it varies a lot but should be in the range of
10 -20 dollars each.

What size tires should I get?
The proper size depends on your car, not just the wheels you are using.
For a CRX, del sol, or pre-'96 Civic, the following sizes are usually best:
13" - 175/70-13
14" - 185/60-14, 195/55-14
15" - 195/50-15
16" - 205/40-16, 195/45-16
For an Integra or '97-00 Civic, the following sizes are usually best:
14" - 185/65-14, 195/60-14
15" - 195/55/15, 205/50-15
16" - 205/45-16, 215/45-16
17" - 205/40/17

So unless you want to tell us what kind of car (model, year, version) the tires are going on, your question doesn't provide enough information to answer.
While you're at it, you can provide some more information, and we can make a recommendation:

This depends on what you're looking to get out of the tire. Make a new topic and tell us what you intend to use it for. In that topic, make sure to answer the following questions:
- What kind of car you have (year, model, version)
- What size wheels you have
- How the tires will be used (daily driving, autocross/track/dragstrip)
- What kind of weather the tires will be used in (dry, rain, snow)

as far as mounting/balancing costs, it varies pretty extensively from shop to shop. Walmart tends to be pretty cheap, but theyre limited in what sizes they can/will mount, last time iw as told they wont do 205/50/15 or 195/50/15 since they dont carry those sizes, but otherwise theyre ~$12-15 per corner.
I had mine done at Evans Tire last time, $60 OTD, but a different location quoted me higher. Big-O and Discount Tire were around 100.

For a '92 Integra, your stock size is 195/60-14. For your 15" wheels, you can use either 195/55-15 or 205/50-15, as noted above.
Most places charge anywhere from $10 to $20 per wheel/tire for mounting and balancing. Wal-Mart is around $10 and they've been happy to mount 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 sizes there, in my experience.
If you need to be able to use these tires all year round (in occasional snow as well as in moderate to warm temperatures), I recommend the Kumho ASX, which is available in both these sizes. If you won't be using them in snow (maybe you have another vehicle for winter use), then I suggest the Kumho SPT, which is available in both these sizes.
