when you take out the core underneath the dash are you supposed to loop the hoses that connect to thermostat?

when i took out that heater box i completely removed the dash.

its easy and fun just remember to unbolt the steering wheel so it will go down on the floor and be out of the way when tilting the dashboard out.

when you took out the dash did you unscrew the harness underneath the cluster or did you just cut the black tape. im just asking because i tried to do the same thing but the only thing that got in my way was that harness. the screws were a pita to get to though so i didnt even bother.
