Default H23A vtec conversion or H22vtec?

I have a 93 SI 2.3 L 160bhp H23A and I'm wondering if I should do a H23vtec conversion or just swap a H22 vtec. Can anyone tell me which one would cost more and which one can produce more power stock? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
