Just finished the MSF experienced riders course
actually it was this last friday but whatever. it had a lot of things in it that i remember from the basic one. even before i got there i was a little worried about what im sure everyone of you guys (who took the MSF) remember, "The Box!"
when i went through it the first time i was able to do it but it was hard and i was on a 200cc bike. this time im on a bike thats almost 5 times the size
ill be honest, i was a little worried. there is a 20 foot wide for small bikes & a 24' for larger bikes. I entered and made my figure 8s in the 20' box every time. my best was under 15 feet! It was kind of amazing to see how far my riding has come. part of me feels like i didn't learn much but i think its because im comparing it to how much i learned in the basic course. I don't know how much it costs because the military payed for it trying to keep me safe i guess... but for all of you in the military go talk to wing safety or whatever you call of safety guys and get signed up. for free, it was well worth it!
