H22A & H23 interchangable parts

H22A & H23 interchangable parts
A little background:
I bought a 93 h22a usdm long block with plans to put it in my 94 accord and need some misc. engine parts to complete the engine. I need distributor, intake manifold, evap canister, power steering pump, and some other stuff. I know I need the h22 ecu , but what can i get off an h23 that is interchangeable with the h22a engine? Thanks for your time.

a lot of people do the h23 manual tensioner conversion so obviously the tensioners swap over, and thats all i know.
valvetrain is different.\
block internals are different.
the intake and fuel assembly IS NOT the same, but will work
along with the header.
thats all i know of off the top of my head. I COULD BE MISTAKEN.
