just secured a 1.9 ls,vtec
block is bored .40" with RS Machine Integra type-r pistons, hastings piston rings, PROBE I-beam light-weight all motor rods with ARP rod bolts, ACL race rod and crank bearings, ARP head studs,OBD1 GSR head.......
its 11:5:1 i belive, so no boost but i was wondering what a good next step would be?

I'd recommend working on the head next. Some quality portwork, upgraded vavlesprings/retainers, and set of cams with adjustable gears would be a good start.

I say go for it. they look good and sound pretty good too. But its all up to what you want to do and how much money you want to spend.

i just want to make a strong weekend warrior and money is good thats why im considering itb, and as far as the head goes im curently building a OBDO b16 head.
build and port the head first than get your self some itb's and port match them to the head and you should be making some really good power and have a pretty hefty midrange and top end.
