Default ***C-Pillar Bar install help***

Hey guys whats going on? I just ordered a Megan Racing C-Pillar bar for my 94 Civic four door. I still want my back seats/seatbelts accessible so im planning on mounting it behind the front seats as ive seen in pictures. My first question is will i be able to keep my front seatbelts upon install? And my second question is, could someone explain to me how it is done? Thanks again in advance!

Well, the C-pillar bolts up to the seatbolt points on the C-Pillar, there are bolts that it secure's to. Yes, you can have passengers in the back but it is in the way, so they will have to lean forward. Front seatbelts shouldnt even be a relavent issue here.

Thats a b-pillar bar.
C-pillar is farthest back

In civics you have the A-pillar (windsheild) , B-pillar, right between front and rear seats, and the C-pillar, the farthest back, the rear windshield

Thats pretty interesting. I've never seen B-pillar bars advertised. Is that just a mounting issue or is it totally different than a c-pillar bar? meaning my c-pillar bar couldnt be mounted there?

I think if you try to mount a c pillar where the b pillar goes,it might be to short.

You have a rear deck - that supplies stability...
Sorry, but you wasted your money.

I had one for my 92-95 and it was much longer. My car is gutted so I dont have to worry about people getting in the back, but if you need to use your back seats for anything,I wouldnt do it.If you really want one,Sparco makes a harness bar,or you could find someone to make you one.

yeah, unpadded bars installed in your driving compartment are dangerous.

it amazes me the amount of people who drive around with unpadded "roll cages"
