2001 31k miles PY itr worth??

how much is my type R worth.. clean title.. not stock motor and clean chassis?
mainly stock with wheels, suspension and front end conversion.. ??? i just wanted a ball park figure.. anything is appreciated..

JDM front 2001 R with 31 K miles... if everything is clean body/paint etc, its worth 17-19k

i will post up pics.. but i think i might put the usdm front back on if no one buys it.. and i still have to post up pics.. stock motor threw a rod through the sleeve due to boost..

He still has his USDM front end.
