oem jdm 4-1 header
will this fit on a gsr?
I've heard that for a mild setup (no internal engine mods) it's not really necessary to get a toda, hytech, smsp, etc. to see power gains.
I just wanna make sure that it will fit, and where can I find one?

You'll see power gains with any decent header, though obviously the better headers will provide better gains (and this is true even if you have a mild setup).
The JDM 4-1 is a good option, but there are certainly better ones out there, even in that price range. You'll also need to use a custom cat when installing it on a '98 GS-R.
