Default Rebuilt Top End. Not Gettin Spark. Please HELP!

I completly rebuilt my top end. Car was running fine before I did this. I am usint same distributor but am not getting any spark. I have replaced Coil and ICM and still nothing. I am gettin fuel. I have all my grounds hooked up on the Thermostat Housing. And someone remember taking off some on the right (driver side) that came off the IM, But I cant find them anywere!!
I have hit a dead end and dont kno what else to do!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

If anyone can run out to your GSR and tell me if there are some grounds hooked up on the intake manifold driver side! and if so were are they coming from!

Is the timing all within spec?? My guess is that something isnt lined up....did you put #1 to TDC and line up the cams before putting the T-belt on?? Are you not getting spark at all or are you getting spark at the wrong time??

Crank and cams are at TDC on compression. And I am not getting spark at all...
Im also not gettin the 5v. Signal to the TPS wich sends signal to the dizzy. But that wouldnt stop it from gettin spark just run shitty.
