Default what ecu should i use with my combination?

i'm putting a d16z6 into my 89 cx. it's a b!tch trying to find a p28 and i don't know if i want to go through the hassle of going through the wiring. I'm beginning to lean towards getting a non-obd ecu. i have a complete d16a6 intake manifold in my garage so that's one thing i don't have to worry about. now i have the problem of which ecu to use. i could use either an 88-91 civic/crx si ecu, or 88-89 integra ecu. which one do you think? i'm thinking 88-91 si but i'm also planning on putting a wilder cam into it. and since fuel cut is around 7200rpm i'm getting turned off of that. so do you think i should use the 88-89 integra ecu? also, i'm running integra pistons in the block, and the compression should be around 11.5:1. if i use the non-obd ecu i'll lose the ability to adjust the timing. so what do you guys think? 88-91 ecu? integra ecu? or the 92-95 civic vtec ecu?
oh yeah here's the pics of the pistons (already connected to the rods).

if u ask me.... the 88-89 integra ECU has a higher redlins wich its 7800. and the fuel map its way better than the Si...they both work... but u can use a PG6 and have a vtec controler like i do.... MSD RPM switch, Fields VTEC controler o the APEXI.... it will run a little rich , but u will need that when u hit vtec. so ull be good!

You should use the ECU that came with the engine... definately p28. It has a lot of aftermarket support too... check out http://www.hyperducktuning.com, and drool.

the 88-89 integra ECU does not have a redlins wich its 7800. its redline is 7000. its rev-limit is 7600.

I'm guessing they are the d16a1's.
