Default hydro locked

yesterday i went threw a big puddle not by choice. my car stalled but it started back up after a few trys. it was tapping for a minute at idle then it went away so i drove it home. everything was fine. but i started the car up again and its tapping again. what should i do? i really need some of your expert opinions on this 1

Well, if it's running, it isn't hydro-locked. Since it was exposed to so much water, I'd do an oil change, plug change, valve adjustment, and possibly even a cap and rotor. You can also do a compression test to see if any damage was done, but I doubt that it was.
