Default Hub diameter

i have a 94 civic lx with stock hub.. i'm trying to get the hubcentric rings but i measured the hub diameter to be 2"(50.8mm by conversion) and my wheels' center is 3"(76.2mm)

i looked at the online stores.. and 50.8mm is too small... smallest is 54.1mm...

what is it exactly..? there's some plastic rings and there's some metal rings? which is better? plastic sounds like it would absorb some vibration.. but metal sounds strong and will actually hold the wheel better..
