d16y8 intake manifold to d15b8 head

i have a 95 civic cx and im swapin the intake i need to get it done tonight i dont rember were the two hoses on the iacv went to i was wonderin if anyone could send me a pic or tell me were the go

The Y8 IM will not work on the D15B8 cylinder head. The coolant ports are in different places. Put the stock IM back on.
