I need to dump an automatic transmission off of a Acura CL. I can't seem to find a County or City dump that allows you to dump auto parts. Any ideas of where I could legally dump a trashed transmission that has been stored outdoors for quite sometime?

If it makes any difference I'm located in Miami, FL.

 

Is there a wrecking yard in the area? That would be my first suggestion, and you may also be able to contact your local DPW and inquire about a special pick up.
