My car wont start

My car wont start
This morning I went to crank up my car and it wouldnt turn over. What could be wrong? Battery is fine, All fuses are fine, voltage is fine, dont know what it could be. Suggestions welcome

If it didn't crank then I would have to say battery or starter. But there are alot of other possibilities.
