Anyone with a Jackson Racing intake know if it oiled or dry?

Anyone with a Jackson Racing intake filter know if it oiled or dry?

I tried a search but no results. I got my ITR used with a JRSC with the AFE intake filter and its filthy and I cant tell if its oiled or dry. can someone help me out Thanks in advance. I dont want to oil it and its not supposed to be or leave it dryif its suppose to be oiled.
