Default Defective Omni Power Coilover

i installed my omni power full coilovers and while i was trying to lower the front of my car i came across the problem that the coilover wont let me go any lower. Everything was installed the right way the only problem i have is that the car wont go any lower in the front. I adjusted the perches all the way down till when the body of the shock(the silver part of the shock) was only up like 7 threads(just enough so it will hold and it doesnt come off). Even when it was set almost all the way down the car still only had a 1.5 inch drop. Did anyone else have this problem? if so how do i fix it?

are you talking about the full-coilover or the slip-over?
