good place to hide a kill switch...
Right on the steering wheel, make sure you put a sticker under it that says " Kill Switch" so you and others dont forget
j/p, put it somewhere you think no one will notice and thieves wont think it will be there.
AKA under a seat or behind your Cd player. Its your call

Its all up to you man. No ones gonna give out there hiding spots. Be creative, make a fuel cut switch somewhere and an ignition cut somewhere else. And if you wanna go all out make switches for every damn thing in the car. You can make a switch to control your mothers ******* just be creative with where your putting these switches. Your car, your switches. Hide em good!
My buddys got a setup where you have to hold the cigarette lighter down then push the ac button.. You can do WHATEVER you want. If you have an idea and want directions on how to wire it pm me ill give you a very detailed way of how to wire anything you want.
hope that helps a bit

I did mine a while back and although I won't give the location, I have to turn into a pretzel to turn it off/on. Sometimes I forget it's on and crank the ignition and in a second or two the car turns off.
It's in a great place that's not visible and still easily missed with a flash light.
Thanks H-T for the great write up.

its gonna be on the fuel pump. i had a friend rig it up to the ignition, than it fried his harness, so i figured i'll call that one skip.
someone else i met had a magnet switch in his dash. you just put it next to the panel to get it started, but i haven't been able to find anything like that, or even a specail key switch for that matter

I dont have one but....
I like the idea of using a preexistinf switch or button. YOu could even get a foglight switch or cruise switch and use it to be your kill switch.
Or maybe that button that makes that little JDM parking pole thing work and use it as a kill switch.

i heard one time of a guy rigged up a click pen in his ceter console so you have to click the pen once to start the car. i know that if was to try to steal a car i wouldnt think to click the pen once to start it. jsut think like a car thief and you will come up with something creative. i met a guy at a meet who put on of those key pads in and he said not even 3 days after he put it in someone tried to steal his car and couldnt do it. it was set up so if you try to take the keypad off it would never start.

I've heard of using "home security" switches like for a window, its 2 magnets that when placed together complete the switch. so you hide one of the magnets behind something, dash, carpet, or anywhere . to "flip the switch" you stick the other magnet there. when you park take the magnet with you
I believe there are some security write ups if you search, much more detailed than the above

If I told you I'd have to "kill" you.
General rule of thumb is put it in plain sight but not obvious.
I knew a guy who rigged up a relay to his "power antenna" feed on his radio. He turned the key on then the radio, then he could start.

If it can handle house voltage, it can certainly handle 12v.
