hello i have a b18c5 in a civic coupe dx and it ran perfect untill i decided to change the cams. so after i change the cams it tries to hit vtec but it cuts off like a fuel or spark cut off, not a rev limit. it just looses power. also my non aftermaket rpm gauge is going crazy it will somtimes just go crazy and shot throu all the rpm ranges. i have compression checked it and adjusted the valves and tuned it a little. but i was woundering if anyone had any ideas. thanks a lot.
