I need help ID' ing this LSD**pics inside**

I bought it from a guy and he said that it came out of a GSR transmission but they never came wih LSD so im thinking it is from an s80 ,y80 tranny. Ive talked to some people and they have said that its not OEM, OBX, Quaife. I just want to know what it is, and there are four numbers on the side of it they are: 95 12

The 3 bolts should give it away. I do not know what it is but I'm sure someone does. is it a cluch or gear LSD? Looks to be a gear, look in the holes if you are not sure.

Ive been researching and the closest lsd to match it was a mugen. Im in the process of getting the bearings removed and ill take the 3 bolts off and let you guys know if its cltch or gear.
