the EX front knuckles use a 10.3" front rotor, the 94-00 caliper will bolt on. one of the cons of EX knuckles is that they are rare & expensive. the 94-00 integra front knuckles use 10.3" front rotors w/ calipers (stamped 17cl14vn). you'll need an alignment after the knuckle swap

if you don't want to swap out your DX knuckles, you can keep em & upgrade to ITR calipers (stamped 17cl15vn & uses same pad as NSX). the ITR 17CL15VN calipers are bigger than the 94-00 integra calipers (stamped 17CL14VN) & is one of the biggest 1-piston caliper honda offers. once you acquire the ITR calipers, the bracket (stamped 23T or 25T) must be sent to the machine shop, and 2-3mm (or 1/8") milled off (where the bracket mates with the knuckle) for rotor offset. this set-up uses 10.3" rotors, which can be sourced any parts store easily & fairly easy off any 90-01 integra, 90-91 civic ex or 99-00 civic si. the brake pad will also need to be filed down slightly in order to clear the hat of the rotor. the milled 23T brakcet will also work with NSX & legend gs 2-piston calipers

with bigger front brakes, more fluid is needed to push the piston in the caliper. upgrade your master cylinder, on a 92-95 civic...use the 90-91 civic ex master cylinder.
