single or double flare??? does it matter what flare i do on my custom brake lines??

Default single or double flare??? does it matter what flare i do on my custom brake lines??

im making my own brake lines and i was wondering if it shud be a single flare or double?? cuz i tried the double flare and noting really happened i did the single and it looked like oem but someone here on h-t told me its double flare im confused please help thanks

If you're using mild steel brake lines, you absolutely MUST use double flares, not single, or else it may not seal properly.
