EK fuse block question!(gagues installation)

Ok, I found the diagram for the fuse block, but still am not sure what numbers 1,3 and 4(the optional plugs not the actual fuses) are for. I'm installing my new Defi's and I know to use #2 for the illumination, but I still need a ground and ignition power.

im pretty sure i hooked my wideband up to the number 3 with the circle and you can ground your gauges to the bolt under the dash right beside your gauge cluster its a 10mm
