Will this ipod connection work for RSX?

On the stock rsx-S bose system?
if no one can answer, how do you hook up your ipod to your stock bose system, besides the FMtransmiter and the tape connection.

i'm building a small small (when i mean small i mean small) computer for my car so i can use it for my hondata/gps/dvd's/mp3's. the mother board is smaller then a regular sized hard drive. It has integrated audio/video/LAN. So that is my project here next couple of months once i get caught up on bills, which will be here really soon. 
that's what you should do, it'll be compatible with everything you need.

Now with that being said, logicly, don't you think if the system came with a port or connection for the ipod that would be a selling point also for the car? I'm not saying you can't hook up an ipod to your stereo but factory connection for an ipod big negative ghost rider.

Okay guys here it is... Those factory interfaces are awful. I have tried to install a couple of these before and they NEVER work! I have been very disappointed because the company that makes them (Metra Electronics) always has great product. Also the one you showed in the link is for an older Honda/Acura! The best way is going to be with an aftermarket headunit. I know that sucks but it is just the best and easiest way. Another great product for factory integration is the Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty.1 or the 3Sixty.2. These allow for amplifier RCA out (Front ,Rear, and Sub), RCA input from any device, and has built in bluetooth compatibility! Hope this was helpful!
