Default EP3: Tein Type Flex w/ pillowball mounts. who's running this setup?

Just purchased my 03 EP3 alittle under a month ago and I am ready to get rid of the stock suspension because its alittle soft for my taste.
I would like to hear reviews of tein type flex with pillow ball mounts. How low you can go on the flex's and how it handles/rides for a daily. Also if your running custom spring rates, a EDFC (pics of where you have the edfc mounted) or any jazz like that.
Please keep this thread on topic. Don't tell me about your buddies ground control or buddy club suspension set up.

ive had em have 100+ k on em ride good for the street and good for some track use...running them with mugen 25mm rear sway ex 19mm front sway and itll get sideways have a 22mm rear sway i used to run but it had way to much oversteer. You wont be disapointed with them. I bought them like the month they came out 4 years ago or so and they havent dont me wrong. They wont "SLAM" your car but it will lower it quite a bit 3 inches or so? I dunno its been a while itll tuck stock tires

Thanks for info. Don't plan on using my ep3 for any track days. Mostly spirited driving. Good info though that I will keep in mind.

Any one else with more info?

if you arent going to use it for track or mountain runs, then save your money and go for ss or basics...
