Anyone running Tokico Illuminas with springs/coils? I got some questions about mine.
So I've got a set of Tokico Illuminas and Eibach Pro Kits on my DA.
Well, the Pro Kits only drop the car down an inch, which obviously, isnt enough. I'm trying to decide what to get to increase my drop and i'm stuck between coil overs and just lower springs again.
Heres a pic of my DA currently:

I assume most people will say coils because their adjustable and such, but for half the price I can get springs, and probably be done with it.
Do you guys think a 2 inch drop will be enough? I need a daily drivable height, i'm not trying to go slammed or anything, the Volks are 15s, and right now I have about a 3 finger gap
I've also got one other concern, right now and slow corning, either my shocks or springs squeek pretty bad. Its REALLY annoying. Does anyone else with Illuminas have this problem?

couple things i have to ask to be sure:
1. did you put the right springs front and back? (progressives go in the rear)
2. did you preload the bushings?
3. did you get an alignment yet?

squeeking can be a result of not preloading the upper control arm bushings. I had that problem when I replaced my UCA's with stock replacements. I tightened the bolts with the suspension at full droop, and they made a TON of noise when the car was on the ground. So I loosened them, jacked up the suspension to about ride height level, and re-tightened the bolts. Voila no more squeeking.
you can do the fork trick on the illuminas in the front, its free and it will drop it up to an inch, I don't know about the back though.

I wasnt the one that put them on unfortunately. The previous owner did.
I have had an alignment since though.

That may look wack though, 2 inch drop in the front, 1 inch in the back
Just searched it, it involves cutting on Illuminas. I'm not trying to cut up my shocks
