Default Is this an ecu problem??

My 91 honda Accord just started having all types of problems recently. The Auto seatbelts no longer work and the seat belt warning continues to chirp no matter what. The brake lights on the tail no longer light (the brake light in the spoiler still functions). The transmission does not shift correctly and the "sport" light remains on in the dash. The door open indicator is lit no matter what. Need help guys. I was told that it was prolly the ecu but wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems. All fuses and relays appear to be ok.

What exactly does the ecu control?

You didn't have an electrical surge in your system did you? I don't know if a bad ecu would do all that, I don't think it would but it may. To me it sounds more like your electrical system had a surge go through it and fried a bunch of stuff.
