ok this is my problem and i need some help please!

i did a motor swap,

a 99 si b16 stock, into my 92 eg hatchback, ( was a singlecam nonvtec)

i got tha new OBD1 dizzy, the new t-bracket rear motor mount, and the alternator ( tha obd1 alternator didnt work so we cut tha wire from tha OBD2 harness and put it on tha OBD1 harness, this worked fine ) also i am using tha OBD1 wire harness FROM my EG HATCH, we also had to get OBD1 injectors, ( i took tha injectors out of my old motor 1.5 and put them in tha new motor, no im not going to keep it like this, i know it can mess up pistons and blah blah blah, im just doing that intell i can get 1.6 obd1 injectors, i have 1.6 obd2 if anyone is interested) either way ...

the motor is in, mounted up and as far as i know, everything plugged in right, when you put the key in the ignition, the lights all come on , on the inside, but.. when u turn the key.. nothing happens, no sound COMPLETE silence, it is not my starter, it has to be something minor

we took the motor out of a running car, we had to drive the b16 to my house.. to take the motor out.. soooo i know the motor works and runs fine.. so PLEASE PLEASE..someone give me a clue as to what the hell it is...

also .. i havent checked my main relay yet we are going to today but i just need sum1's opinion that has done this b4

 

Make sure the grounds are all hooked up, and clean.

Then, just to make sure the starter is working, get a jumper wire and see if the starter turns.

 

ok ill check but im jsut saying tha starter worked b4 we took out the motor,

we are going ot check fully today... this just sucks cuz this is my daily driver..and my only means of getting to work and school..

Tranny
Starter
And behind the thermostat

Does mean:

You hooked it up right
Didn't get broke

Chances are that it is not the starter, but it's a good place to start

 

awright thanx for tha help imm try that today..if it doesnt work..then its deff cuz i dont know wat the hell im doing with wiring
