Rear Disc Brake Conversion?

what's up guys, i am helping my friend do a rear disc brake conversion and i can't seem to find the link so i was wondering if someone can point me the right way or link me if that's cool?

Its easy! You can pretty much figure it all out on your own while your down there. But if not this link might help.
