hey all im new here, what a cool place but going back to subject.... i have a 1991 crx hf, and i have these left over stock 1998 civic hatch springs, that i was wondering if i could fit in the crx. i measured the height of the springs on the crx, and to me they seem about 6-8 inches shorter than the 1998 springs.. i dont mind cutting them since theyre just scrap, does anyone know if they still would seat correctly in crx shocks?*i know im gonna get flamed on for cutting springs, but hey im not trying to do it for a super slammed look or performance, its just the height is too high for my liking and its the cheapest way to lower my car!* thanks guys
