EH2 is the 92-95 non-Si Civic Hatchback right?

And I assume you are referring to a F22B1?

yes, it will fit.

It's a very similar swap to putting a H22 into that same chassis.

I was going to do this before but my plans changed. I was going to use my F22B1 and H series tranny and mount it in with a H series mount kit for that chassis. But then after looking around, I found the F2D from Bizi and figured it would make the swap easier so I was going to go with a tranny from a D16Y8 and use Bizi's F2D kit. Thats as far as I got though, like I said, my plans change.

as a side note, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be asking this. Unless you are needing to know what can be done with this motor performance wise, but if all you need to know is about swapping it into that chassis, the 92-00 Civic forum would be best suited for this because your question deals more with the chassis than the motor.

yes im talking about the 92-95 chassis and yes the f22b1 but wouldnt a f2b setup be alot better instead of f2d because you can use a b16 tranny shorter gear ratios?

I guess that would be a matter of preference and what your plans are. either the F2B or F2D would be better than putting a F or H tranny in there because of the work involved in mounting the shifter assembly and that.

just keep in mind, F and H trannies are interchangeable so if a kit says H2B or something like that it will still work on the F series motor.
