Anyone have scanned helms pages on changing front wheel bearings?

Anyone have a Helms that they could scan in the pages for changing a front wheel bearing for me? I don't have my Chilton here right now, and want to get this thing done tonight.

pull your hub out, take it to a shop.

undo ball joint, tie rod joint, and axle. take out strut and strut fork, undo 17mm bolts holding the top of the control arm in.
