TW: 1993 Honda Prelude VTEC Tastefully Modded BB1
Thinking about selling my car.
It is an original (not a swapped) 1993 Honda Prelude VTEC in Brittany Blue-Green Metallic. It has only seen Mobil 10w30 (every 3000 miles) since I've owned it from 95,000 miles. It currently has right around 160,000 miles. The motor still runs very strong and burns minimal oil. Transmission is in good condition.
FACTS:
1. I am the 3rd owner of this car. It was originally from Texas, then someone bought it and brought it to Oklahoma, and then I bought it and brought it to Arkansas. I am told that most of the 95,000 miles were highway. The miles up to 160,000 are also mostly highway.
2. Never smoked in.
3. Yes the car has nitrous on it. It was all properly installed with all proper precautions taken (retard timing, colder plugs, and good gas). And even after these precautions, it has honestly only been sprayed maybe 20 times (just never had time to make it to the track). I haven't sprayed it in over a year.
4. The current clutch job was installed at 147,000 miles on 7/29/2006. This included new clutch, flywheel, flywheel bolts, rear main seal, and Honda OEM clutch master and slave cylinders.
5. Current Bridgestones and Koni Shocks were installed 2/17/2007 and have plenty of life in them.
The Bad:
1. Car has a few various dings and scratches from being a 14 year old car.
2. Front windshield recently acquired a foot long crack. A rock from the highway hit it and made a star pit, 5 hours later it had spread. Can be replaced if interest shown (~$200.00).
