Steel Braided Brake Lines

Earls are good, there is a guy on eBay that has nice sets too.
I wouldn't waste the money they make no difference other than appearance.

you mean that in 17 years those rubber lines dont get worn out to the point that they will stretch under heavy braking??
OP, I've heard BFGoodrich also makes them for the EF.

hahahahahahahahahahaha yes im sure they dont provide more positive pedal feel, and overall better brake pressure at the calipers.

Never said that, but do know that SS lines are a wear item, faster than OEM rubber hoses. They perform no better than a rubber line is the point on our vehicles.

EVERYTHING is a wear item, everything will wear out over time. but to say that stainless braided brake lines dont hold more pressure than a rubber one is just ignorant.
and speaking from experience braided lines provide a more positive brake pedal feel.

Nope, so the "hard core" driving on the streets is greatly helped by SS lines? So you can brake now and stop 5-10 feet earlier then because line has a positive feel? I guess painted calipers help too? So if I paint the red they will stop like a Porsche 6 piston caliper? So if I buy SS lines and paint calipers I can out brake anything on the street? Man and I spent all the money in upgrading to the EX/ITR/DA booster and MC when all I had to do was get SS lines and painted calipers.
On track I can see it for the street useless.

I still kick myself in the *** for waiting as long as I did after my 4-wheel disc upgrade to get a 4040 and a DA booster + BMC

A single brake line brand new from Honda cost $40-$30. It would be cheaper to go braide line. Plus it add bling bling and 999999ft lbs of tq.

I dont care if it's track or street, if stopping 5-10 feet earlier can help me advoid other cars, deer or people, let me have it. Necicary, mabey not. Helpful and a porformance product, deffinatly. Now on the other hand those painted calipers just have to go...
