Upgraded Lower Control Arms Vs. Bushings

I've read a little about each product offered and wanted to find out what the consensus is on each product and the best option.
I am currently running the full Energy Suspension Poly kit with some additional Prothane pieces. Problem is I find that the bushings dry out and become squeaky under daily use. I guess its not be that big a deal to re grease them during regular maintenance but I am looking for ez of use and what other options I have.
First off I have a 1990 EF CRX SI running Koni Race Struts with ERS springs 400f/450r.
Options I am looking at are running an aftermarket Lower Control Arm: Function7, Pic, Blox, Omni, Etc.
Running different bushings Prothane, Mugen, or Stock.
What I am thinking is to just regrease all and see what the actually re build interval is, and depending on what the interval is then decide between Mugen and Pic, opinions.
Additionally, when I initially installed the bushings I remember a Overboost article where they installed the same kit on a 90-94 integra and then taped the control arms with external grease fittings. Has anyone actually done this?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated, just thinking out loud.

id go back to OEM stuff. I am not a fan of ES stuff, or stiffer ploy/rubber bushings in general.

I ran my 95 coupe for some time with a full assortment of poly bushings. From experience, don't waste your time with the generic after market poly bushings. Search some posts by me, in the archive and you'll find a fairly informative post about the wear/use of such poly bushings. In the front end, run Orijin's kit or an upgraded rubber bushing kit available from several high performance manufactures (Mugen, Hardrace). Do the same thing in the rear, unless you upgrade the control arms. I can't speak for all LCA manufactures, but in the case of Function7, their poly compound is custom per their specifications and doesn't react like the generic poly compounds.
I've never heard of anyone inserting Zerk fittings on the control arms either.

You won't be re-greasing either of our LCA offerings, its not necessary. Then again, spherical bearings and polyurethane aren't the best idea for street cars anyways. And you expect to do some regular maintenance on a track car.
id go with after market lcas, they are much lighter and they look sweet. i have the blox lcas on my eg and i would NOT recomend them. the are equiped with hard rubber bushings that are worthless.
