Default Optimum performance-oriented ride height for DA?

Is there any kind of "rule of thumb" for the optimum ride height for a DA? I'm looking to take my car to the track and I want to make sure it has the perfect stance. I'm looking for measurements from center of hub to top of fender arch.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Track as in road/time attack or track as in the strip? I'm assuming road/auto x/time attack and for that there isn't a "best" or "optimum" set up. What kind of suspension do you have? Springs, struts, full coilovers..? Any braces or tie bars? Give us some more info.

Dont lower it too much!!! IMO best handling is in the .75 to 1.5" drop range. Any more and things get funky without correcting geometry and picking up more travel.

Track as in road/auto x/ time attack.

I'm on Ksport full coilovers without any braces or bars... yet.

I am gonna keep my eye on this because I just got my first DA and I must say it feels stought when compared to my civics and pretty much on par with dc's. I am just curious about the stroke of the suspension. seems shorter than my other cars.

There's really no rule of thumb, except to not go too low. You want to keep shock travel, plus lowering it too much will put more strain on the bushings and will require (more) camber correction, but you'll probably be taking care of that anyway if you're seriously building a good-handling car. It's more about the dampening, spring rates, and sway bars than height that matters, as long as you don't go too low. Also, Ground Control tophats give you more room to go lower while still keeping enough shock travel.
