If the car in your signature is the car you have, you do not own an EM2. You own a 96-00 Civic, which could be an EJ8 or EM1.
Either way, you will need custom engine mounts for the swap.

hi...
i know that my car is no em2
... i have a sohc vtec swap with 130hp from a ej1... stock i have the poor 105hp engine... - ej6
but i would buy an EM2 this year ... if the swap is bossible...because i need somthing "faster" than an 130hp civic...
a k20 em2 would be one of the beautifulst car i can imagine

K20's are a pretty common swap for the EM2 chassis. You'll find at least half a dozen K-swapped EM2's here on Honda-Tech, alone. Mine being one of them.

Well, the 100 lb/ft of torque, and greater transmission options definitely are.

besides it gives a much better platform than the D17 to work with to upgrade and get more power.

I'll let you know how much I've made on the K24A2 in stock trim, on my car.
I got a dyno run coming up Friday at 10am.

heres a few pics of mine getting started vader. i bought a whole rsx smashed for a donor car. no it doesnt just fit in where the D17 bolted in. you need a donor car kinda , theres too many misc parts you need from an rsx.
got my subframe today , got the front end ripped off the rsx , were cooking right along now. waiting for 6 speed shift **** , accord plug wire cover and both axles to come in the mail. heres a few pics i snapped with phone(i know) , will get more later:

This has been answered countless times. Search, next time.
No, you cannot run anything but a D17 or a K-series in the 7th Gen. Civics.

What run? If you're referring to the dyno tuning I did, it went quite well. I posted up the numbers in the General Chat thread.

Even you've said yourself that one is in a salt flat racer...
Sorry, I'm just being difficult.

lol, no. I was actually trying to find a picture of a B-series in a 7thgen civic on google. One of the results that came up was a post that you made here about a year ago. I thought it was too good of a coincedence to pass up.
