There is not sheet, it's colored glass. It's about 50-60%.

its probably like 80% its barely noticeable at certain angles.

Indeed, though it doesn't make much sense from an economic standpoint when you can have all of the existing glass professionally tinted in any shade you like for far less than the cost of purchasing and installing the JDM stuff.

Or maybe they're picky as expletive and have enough money to spend it on JDM glass. Really, who are you or we to judge what they want to do to their car though, right?

If you want to make a reliable replica of a CTR, having real tinted glass and not just tint that can scratch up might make you happy. If so, kudos to you. If not, kudos to you. Your car, your decisions. Sure, maybe they're "riding the JDM bandwagon" or maybe they actually like those parts regardless of what others say. Hell. you sound to be "riding the anti-JDM bandwagon."

well i dont think im going to buy the actual jdm glass maybe just the back window, then just have the others tinted extaclty the same, makes no sense to replace all perfectly good windows....lol.

That's the other problem. If you purchase some of the glass, the chances of perfectly matching the OEM tint with aftermarket film are slim. The results will honestly be much better and require less effort if you just select a light (say 50%) bronze window film and have it installed by a professional.

You'll then also have the benefits of heat rejection and UV protection that a quality window film offers.

i dont think iv ever seen a clean honda built without some jdm flare to it. although some of the stuff from japan is ugly most of it is just better than anyting here. im also considering getting bronze tinted glass with uv protection from the brutal sun here. id rather look like a jdm fanboy with bronze glass than some dub wanabe with dark tint. just my .02 cents
