Default turbo b16 questions

this is my first time posting on a form but people i've talked to said it's a great resorce. Any help with be great. I've been working on my b16 turbo project for about a year now. It was at a shop it got pulled out of there becuase of the work they did and now i'm left with a mess my questions are i have a AEM wideband air and fuel gugae i herd with honda this dosent work something about the honda ecu give it the wrong voltage and it reads wrong has anyone herd of this ? my other to questions are the motor is fully built hopeing to make around 400whp how criticial is a crank case breather and oil catch can I herd if i dont run one my motor will blow how true is this and my other question is i'm running crome in my p30 ecu i was told by my tuner that all stock ecu's have a certain limit to how big or how small injectors i can run i was running 880cc than had to switch to 560cc becuase i was told they would be to big for the stock ecu? what excatly is the biggest cc injector i can run on a chipped p30 ecu ? I any help is greatly appreacated

1) Stock ecu's don't have fuel maps for anything over 1psi, and throw a check engine light (CEL) at that point

2) A stock ecu can deal with 310's at most w/o any hacks or other crap, and 310's are only good for ~200whp w/o an FMU

3) You don't really need a crank case breather/catch can, but it helps

4) Honda ecu's run narrowband O2 sensors (0-1v), not widebands (0-5v). If you use an ems like CromePro you can disable the O2 heater and hook the wideband to the ecu and read the values. It will not make corrections like a VW or DSM will, however. Hondas need to be tuned at every load (vac/psi) and rpm point.

5) Use the search button thats conveniently colored red (for n00bs like yourself). There are in excess of 20 million posts here, which means you have a snowball's chance in hell to NOT find the info you are looking for.
