KYB AGX for integra warrantee help!

i think one of the rears is blown, and theres alot of wear and tear on the adjustable levers on the top of the shock. Its only been a year. What would i need to send them in to KYB for them to fix them? anyone have a recipt copy i can borrow?

ya send them in , kyb sucks with there warranties, o ya so does omni power . just throwing that out there lol
