2000 Civic Hatchback with 100k miles. Just had the timing belt and all the seals and everything checked out and replaced at the Honda dealership.

Anyhow, this started prior to any work being done.

The car, at idle, with the a/c turned on, starts to idle very rough. It is as though it may turn off but it never does. It just continues to idle extremely rough.

Is there any indication as to what might be causing this? Any suggestions?
