The manifold is new, it was made by my friend for his own project that he didn't end up going through with. Given the fact that he's too lazy to even register and post it himself, you can see why the project was never finished.... 
It currently (and obviously) isn't externally gated, but if you need an external it can be added for $30.
Asking $380 shipped as it sits, $410 w/external gate. I'll port it for free if needed/wanted.
