My dad found a 1994 Honda Civic LX in the paper for $600, parts car. Will any of those parts work on my 1997 CX?

Very few. What parts do you need?

 

Numerous motor parts, suspension parts, and other small odds and ends will work between all 92-00 civics.

 

I need a new hood, winter wheels, and a speedometer.

 

wheels are all you get, don't think the speedo will work

Hood wont work
Wheels, yes, same lug pattern.
Speedometer? Just the VSS, not the actual cluster.

 

I'm going to call the guy and ask him what engine he has and anything else he's done to it.
