I bought a new car but the head is taken off and the block is completly open al the piston are outside who can help me rebuild my new car engine??

 

you are going to have to do a fair bit of researching. I'd pick up a how to book on engine building, maybe honda specific. It would be too hard for anyone to walk you through how to accurately reassemble and engine assuming everything going back in is solid.
