Exhaust install is simple IF you have the right tools and not jacking it up on stock jacks. GL Lots of kids on here raising their cars at the wrong point or using crap tools. Don't end up being a tool make sure its up safely.
Chad heres 10 easy steps to installing your exhaust
step 1: find out when i dont work
Step 2: tell me to help you install it
step 3: buy some beer
step 4: remove the old one
step 5: drink some beer
step 6: see how loud it is with no exhaust
step 7: drink more beer
step 8: put on new one
step 9: drink some beer
step 10: test it out

i've installed a full exhaust on my old car (ford slocus) and last year i put a 3" TBE on my GTI shouldnt be a problem. a cat back is a lot easier than reaching for bolts you cant see under a turbo
