i have the fogs on my car everything on my front end is OEM type R, lip, grille, bumer, blah blah, but the 99-00 front without the fogs is really growing on me. my gf says that im just looking for something to do to my car, but im really debating. what do you guys think?

 

Do it. I did the 99-00 conversion on my car for 2 reasons.

1) Si lip

2) OEM fogs

the OEM clears help a lot when you are in really dark areas. I have em on my 99 and love em.

 

People here often forget that the fog lights have a purpose, and are not just for looks. Now that being said, i like the way they look also, but do what you want. Show us some pics to keep us entertained

dude those fog lights on those years are freacking sick i would so do it especially if the fog light is the yellowish kind to.

 

hey, i got a question, now ive been told our bumpers 99-00 without fog will fit the fogs and wont fit the fogs? true untrue? cause id like to put fogs in my bumper will oem fit right in ?

 

keep the fogs. They are nice. And who knows when a freak fog attack will happen. really im being serious.

100% untrue.....they will fit the foglights, you need to cut the bumper out to fit them....just follow the step by step insturctions on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or PM me.

Right. There is no special front bumper for the foglights.

did you put HID's in your fogs? i saw some guy blinding the **** out of me with his fogs IN THE AFTERNOON. how hard is it?

 

BTW, if you just want for looks and not to actually see with, get the yellows.

 

Solution: have 2 bumpers; one with fogs and the other without. switch bumpers when you feel like it. best of both worlds.

 

I got the yellows. Looks nice as hell. I love how when I drive the light ahead of me goes from yellow to clear white from my 6000k HIDs.

Also, We get a lot of fog where I live from time to time, and they do actually work.

You did a retro in your OEM fogs??? I would love to see that, never seen it done b4 with the 99-00 lights.
